1. Service Scope
This service provides Steam Russia region wallet top-up. Your Steam account region MUST be the Russian Federation. By submitting this order, you confirm your account region is Russia.
2. No Refund / No Cancellation
Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please verify all information before submission.
3. Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for entering the correct Steam login name (NOT your profile nickname). If you enter a wrong login name, the top-up may fail or be delivered to another account. We are not liable for any loss caused by incorrect account information.
4. Steam Risk
Steam may restrict or ban accounts that violate their policies. Any account restrictions, bans, or region locks caused by Steam's risk control are the buyer's responsibility. The seller assumes no liability.
5. Account Region Setup
Existing accounts (previously topped up) can proceed directly. New accounts (0 balance) must complete the Region Setup first, otherwise there is a risk of region change.
6. Payment and Website Purpose
